Getting involved with the project is easy. Just send an email to one of the current admin of the project. You can find out that information at the source forge section for GSpace. They will be happy to point you in the proper direction.

Although GSpace will not be initially advertising for developers, the admin will definitely consider new staff. Source-code will also be available during development so fellow developers can always send in patches of things they'd like to see in the final product.
